Smart Electric offers the Service Plan with flexible contract durations, payment options and is now offering 24/7 LTE monitoring.
Generac has LTE-4G Cellular monitoring devices that we can install at your next maintenance: For previous installations, we offer a 1 time discount. Smart Electric will provide an LTE device at $328 (MSRP $384) and waive the $55 installation fee.
Annual Plan Includes:
- LTE Monitoring (Minimize downtime)
- Firmware update and check
- Oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- New spark plugs
- New air filter
- Battery test and inspection
- Check for correct fuel pressure delivery
- Valve adjustments (if applicable)
- Operational test
- Inspection of transfer equipment (if accessible during visit)
- Off-hours service availability (subject to tech availability)
- Priority Scheduling for service calls for all contracts
The SmartCare Generator Membership is for either a 2-Year or 5-Year commitment with options to pay all at once, or monthly.
(*Monthly costs are broken down into 1yr for a 2yr plan and 4yrs for a 5yr plan*)
After the initial term, membership automatically renews unless terminated with a 30-day written notice.
